Brian is a well-know financial advisor in Hudson, Ohio. He has experienced many facets of the financial industry as an auditor with a CPA firm, accountant with Banc One Corporation, Inventory Analyst with Bath & Body Works and finally as a Financial Planner and owner of Bishop Financial Advisors.
Brian has earned his Certified Financial Planner designations and his Certified Public Accountant/ Personal Financial Specialist. His hard work has placed him in a small category of financial professionals that have achieved this level of expertise.
Brian has presented multiple seminars on financial issues to hundreds of attendees and continues to educate individuals on an annual basis. His firm strives to maintain exceptional standards of honesty, integrity and ethical behavior, placing his client’s interests above his own.
Outside of the office, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, Gina, and two daughters, Lila and Edie. He also spends much of his time giving back to the community through his involvement with various volunteer organizations. His hobbies include skiing, running, reading and (someday) golfing.

Scott uses advanced planning techniques to help his clients create, grow and preserve wealth. His planning includes the distribution of wealth during life and at dealth, in the most tax-advantaged way. During the process he examines his client's Qualified Retirement Plans/IRA's, small business retirement plans, general insurance plans (life, disability, long-term care and liability), corporate stock options, business succession plans, charitable gifting plans, gifting to children or descendants, estate plans, and investment portfolios. Scott works directly with his client's existing attorneys and CPA's to make sure the plans have a cohesive nature.
Scott also works with corporations helping them design their retirement plans, employee benefits, and investment policy statements. He is also a frequest guest speaker at various groups and corporations.

A long time resident of the Cleveland area, he is a resident of Strongsville, Ohio where he lives with his wife Krista and their four daughters.
Jen graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor’s degree. She has several years experience in the financial services industry. Since 2001 Jen has worked with several organizations, including New York Life and UBS Financial Services, Inc. She holds two securities licenses along with an insurance license. Jen’s responsibilities at Bishop Financial Advisors will include research and assisting Brian with the development of financial plans.
Cyndey has been Scott's Client Service Manager since March 2007 and she handles the new business paperwork for securities, life insurance and annuities and processes all service requests for clients providing excellent customer service. Prior to joining Scott, she worked for Westfield Life Insurance Company for 25 years and Valmark Securities.
Personal:
Cyndy resides in Rittman, Ohio and has four grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding, golf and gardening.
Jennifer graduated from Schoolcraft Community College with a Business degree, and co-owned and managed a small business from 1988-1995. She moved to Hudson in 1998 with her husband and 2 children. She stayed at home and was active in various community fund raising efforts, until joining Bishop Financial Advisors in 2006. Jennifer’s exceptional people skills serve her well in her role as Director of First Impressions.
